    Tuesday is your day! Just remember you are on the journey of a lifetime. Try to enjoy every minute. It may sound weird now, but know that you are cared for and prayed for here, and all too soon this will be but a memory and you will be an inspiration to someone else. Dr. Blackstone has a personal family emergency that forces her to cut back her surgery schedule so my date has been moved out to Sept. 9th.  I'm a little disappointed but a few more months really is nothing compared to the years I've spent overweight.  I see the positive in this; it will allow me to continue my exercise regime and improve my eating habits by weaning myself from eating so many carbs.  (I just love those potatoes, rice, and bread!).  Hopefully I will lose more than the 40 lbs the Dr. want's me to lose.
