    Dear Claire, By now you will be a new Bandy just across the Tasman from me! I sure hope your op went well and you are feeling ok. Just remember the best way to release trapped gas and ease the shoulder type pain is too raise your arms above your hed and lower them up and down, wave them around etc it will help get you comfortable if suffering. PM me anytime I am here for you Hon and in the right time zone too! Karen

2 weeks and counting...

I have started the optifast diet... it is going to be a LONG two weeks. Am having trouble adding a ticker to my signature, any hints???

A Decision Made.....

Today I have decided on my surgeon and have a surgery date. I am very excited and hope this website will bring me in touch with lots of positive people whos experiance I can benefit from.
