Hi Cheryl! I wanted to wish you all the best with your surgery and recovery. Remember to focus on the END RESULTS when going through the pain and discomfort. Your desire and determination has brought you this far and the journey ahead of us may not be easy but neither has been our struggle over the years to overcome obesity. Together we will emerge from our cocoons and live a healthy and happier life that we so deserve. Be ready to spread those wings and fly......... ~Peace & Love~

Good luck kiddo...You'll do great. God's hand is on you and your surgeon and you have us all praying for you. This whole process is 90% mental. Be prepared for that. It's harder than you think. I had a break down Memorial weekend after my surgery because I was mourning BBQ !!!!! LOL It's a tough road, but well worth the work. Your loved ones will benefit from from having you around longer and healthier. Hugs Carol
