Howdy

Well I haven't posted a blog in a while. It has been really busy around here that last couple of weeks. We are moving today. We got a house on post. Which I so excited for. With my hubby deploying at the end of the month I feel so much safer on post. I have also been looking for a job for the last year. Well lets just say I got one finally. I'm doing a happy dance. As for the weight I don't no if I have lost any more since I last wrote. I dont weigh my self. My clothes are still very slowly getting bigger. Well I hope every one had a great holiday.

WOW Momment

I had a wow momment yesterday. I went out tried on some jeans. I cant believe it I'm down to a 11/12 in western jeans. I'm almost able to get in to my red pair of wranglers. I'm so excited.I may be a slow loser but the inches ares till coming off.

7 month check up

Well I hope every thing is going great for everybody. Yesterday I had my 7 month check up. It went okay. The doctor was mad at me because I stopped drinking my protein shakes. I just got tired of them. I have lost another 8 pounds. Boy am such a slow loser at least I'm losing though. So I have 30 pounds until I'm at my goal.Well that is all that is goin on here.

I'm not obese any more. I stepped on the scale today. I'm down to 168. So I'm know over weight. I'm so excited. So I have lost a total of 60 pounds since I started this jounery.

Well everything went okay. They found a stitch that was blocking things from going down. So they fixed it. We will have to wait and see when I try the certin foods. Other then that everything is going fine.

It's All About The Counrty Girl!

Well lets see. I am a military wife we just moved to Lawton Oklahoma. This is my first time away from home. I have lived the last 37 years in Washington state. Let me tell you that Oklahoma is so different then WA. I sure do miss the green tree's and the mountains. As for my weight issues. I have been heavy my whole life. It runs in the family. I have been considering surgery for the last 4 years. So when my husband got back into the military I knew that they would pay for it. So I started the process back in October at Reynolds Army hospital. It has been up and down. I have done all my stuff I need to do to have the surgery. Then to come and find out that they weren't doing them any more. So I got a referral off post to a doctor. I have been waiting to find out what is going on. I called the doctor I guess they didn't have the right address for them so I could'nt see him. So I can't have it done there. So now I'm starting all over again with Dr Warnock. I hope know that my luck will change and things will start rolling. I can't wait. I have heard so many good things about Dr. Warnock. I will keep you posted.
