lose 100 pounds

well here it is the day before  surgery. I have all kinds of thoughts,  a tad bit nervous  but still so excited  thinking  will  I finally lose this weight  and once again have a normal size body. I  know  mark   (boyfriend) will be great with  helping me through all this.He will be of course and is my biggest support. Of course today he has had alot of fun with  the fact that I had to have the laxative drink.   well  I need to go pack for the hospital, so i will  write again when I get home. wish me luck !!

well  I went grocery shopping  for all my yummy new foods.
whey protein, shakes.  only 3 more days till my surgery.  I hope I do well  with this new diet.
 I have made some friends here on this site which is cool. any way  well thats all for now !
