250 lbs gone FOREVER!!!! I just can not get my head wrapped around that. I carried that mass around for years -- Why? Old and stupid !!!!
Not done yet. You WILL see my post when I am half the man I once was. (69 to go!!) Stay tuned to this channel, it's coming SOON!!!!!
