It's nice to see the pounds are continueing to go down. In one month, (depending on how you look at it), I've lost between 5 and 7 pounds. For the most part I wear size 14W pants. Shirts are another story since it appears that the girls refuse to let ...

Well guys I have to admit that 9 month period that it took to getting surgery seems like it too longer than the 1 year following surgery! This has been quiet the journey. I made so many changes in one year and not only have I made them, but I've survived ...
