Hi Everyone, My name is Collette and I am starting my journey today I have a phone consultation on Thursday and I am having my surgery on 04/25/2012. I am super excited and nervous at the same time. I have struggled with my weight since I was a teenager and have tried every diet possible to no avail. Weight goes up then down constantly. I have a torn meniscus in my left knee that makes it impossible to exercise, I had surgery on it but only made my knee worse. I know by taking weight off of it will help greatly I just need a little help and the right tools.
