Hi, my name is Tammy and I have been wondering and thinking about wls for several years.  I am happily married with 3 grown daughters. One that is 22 and twins who are 18.  About a year and a half ago  I was and still am having trouble with achilles tendonitis.  Ended up with 8 different casts and  eventually had to quit my job.  So after years and years of trying to be the best mom I could be, I am now experiencing the whole empty nest syndrome.  But I have decided after neglecting myself and putting everything and everyone before me, it is now MY TIME and time to start taking care of myself so that I will be around for along long time.  So I'm really gonna need alot of support through this journey.
