Starting over
Well, I was denied because my six months of diet history wasn't consecutive. I skipped a month in there somewhere and carried it into 7 months. So, I have to start all over. I am appealing and re-starting appointments with my PCP on the 28th of this month and I have an appointment scheduled every month for the next 6. So, here goes! Let's hope it works this time!!!!
