Well, some how one page that was needed by my sergon DID NOT GET FAXED

with the rest on 06/14/11 so, everything was not in order to be submitted to insurance till 06/29/11... Not very happy but, it is what it is.

FINALLY AT THE LAST STEP

I am so happy!!! Finally my primary care doctor has sent in all of the test results, from the test that had been requested by my surgeon, for my surgery clearance. Now I am finally at the LAST step before scheduling my surgery. HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY
