I have done what Dr Marema told me to do and I have lost 5 lbs in 3 day.  I am sure it is mostly water but I am now at 210.  Go protein shakes...well truth is I'm dying.  I forgot how hard it is to be back on the shakes.  I want to bite into something...anything....

Happy One Year Anniversary

I made it.  I have done fairly well.   TOTAL OF 113 LBS TO DATE. I started at 324 and today I am at 213.  It still seems big but going from a 22/24 pants to a 12/14 I feel tiny...

 My Dr asked me where do I want to go from here.  I said all the way , My goal is 150.  I asked him what my goal was he had in mind.  He stated that the  computer calculation goal weight, that they use for everyone, was 196 and my accurate for height weight was 131 and somewhere in the middle was my ideal weight (which could be around 164).  So I told him that I would like to be 150 but don't think I can get there.  He told me if I did what he said I would get there.  Like a Genie in a bottle.....But I know Genie's don't cause so much pain...So get this.  After settling into a comfortable eating lifestyle...he wants me to go on a 2 wk 3 meal a day protein shake diet and then 2 more weeks of a protein 2 shake and one meal meat and veggies (total of 4 wks).  He said my window of opportunity was closing and if I wanted to lose the remaining 63 lbs I need to be strict again.  All I said was Ugh. No actually I cried pretty hard.  I just am tired of everything feeling so difficult sometimes.  But in actuality I have not been trying as hard as I need to.  I read other blogs and I know who is exercising correctly...I am not.  I have let starches slip back on a pretty regular basis because I am not gaining...but I am not losing either.  So I guess I need to look at all of this and make some decisions.  Thin or not to be...that really is the question.  I do want to be healthy.  So here I go again.  Wish me luck.  I have posted new pics.  Take a look...
