My name is Heather. I had my weight loss surgery Dec, 2008.
I am down to 168lbs. my lowest weight was 159lb which lasted for a blinks worth of time. I am trying to eat better and learn the right exercises to do in order to get down to my 155lb goal. I am already under the doctors goal however I deal with alot of bloating on a daily basis. I need your support,
