 It is hard to believe that it has been a month since I posted.  Todays weekly weigh in has me jumping for joy!!  I made it, reach my first weight goal of 160 lbs. I feel great!!!  look wonderful and cant believe my eyes when I look into a mirror. Next week I will be 9 months out. I am so grateful....for RNY the tool that has helped me concentrate on better healther choices and activities.
