    Monday is your day! Just remember you are on the journey of a lifetime. Try to enjoy every minute. It may sound weird now, but know that you are cared for and prayed for here, and all too soon this will be but a memory and you will be an inspiration to someone else. I am waiting for you on the losers' bench!

An Update for December 2007

Hi Everyone,

Just a quick update. I went to the Dr. on Tues Dec 4th, for my first fill.
I really needed it. I had no restriction after 4 wks after the surg and I 
didn't loose any weight for two wks.
The fill didn't hurt too much, Just like getting a shot.
I got a fill with 3cc. I've been on liquids for two days and I can't wait to eat
something to see how I react with food.

Total Weight Loss as of 12/4/07 - 20 lbs.

Update for November

Hi Everyone,

It's been 4 weeks since my surgery and I an down 14 lbs. I do notice that I have no restriction. My next dr. visit is Dec 4th and I hope I'll get a fill, cause
I'll need it for the X mas Holiday.
I hope everyone is well and keeping up the good work.
I would like to wish everyone a Happy Thanksgiving.

On My Way To A New Beginning

We'll my story is just like everyone's. I am having the lap band and I can't wait. My surgery date is Oct 22,2007. Yesterday i started my liquid protein diet.
My doctor wants me to loose at least 15 lbs before surgery.  I wish everyone good luck on there journey.

My Story

I just got back from my doctor's appt. I needed to loose 10 to 15 lbs prior to surgery. Well i did it . I lost 10lbs, and I am
so happy that i will be having my surgery on this Mon. Oct 22,2007. I will finally be a banster
I will try to stay on my diet this week-end, but it is so hard i want to eat all the things that i know 
i won't be able to have for a long time. I will keep you informed and to how everything went.
