Well after a long process, I can finally say I am sleeved!  On June 14, 2012!  Surgery went great and recovery isn't so bad.  Today I am 9 days out. Feeling better everyday.  And losing weight!!!  Missing food, but I am fighting it.  I am very gratefuly that I was able to do this for myself!  I can't wait to meet the new skinny Melissa!!!  

My surgeons office just sent all of my info off for approval.  I have Louisiana Medicaid and I am hoping I am quickly approved.  I have done all of my pretesting except the Cardiologist which will happen a month before my surgery date.  I am beyond excited to get this process started.  I am sooooooooooooooo tired of being fat, and tired all the time. I am ready!
