My journey has been a miracle. At one point i thought i would never have a life again. I never wanted to leave the house and my back was always hurting. As on January 15th, i have been reborn. I started out 479 lbs at my highest weight. Im 6ft 6 inch and 35 years old. Now just 5 months out, i weight 326 lbs, goto the gym 3 times a week, and i am able to jog a mile without stopping. i absolutley have no regrets . The future is limitless.
