When all you can do is gather your courage and choose a direction that carries you toward a new dawn. So take a step forward. The process of change can be tough but think about the excitement ahead. There could be adventures you never imagined and wishes and dreams just about to come true. So keep putting one foot in front of the other and taking your life day by day. There's a brighter tomorrow just down the road. Don't look back- you're not going that way!

WELCOME!!!! I am a very outgoing person,enjoy life,family. I look forward to getting to know all of you. I am currently at a stand still at 127lbs. would love to lose more. Its been a long time

Hi all. I have moved in to my house and I am still doing good. I am 125 now and keep going strong. I am looking to buy a new bike and ride to work WOOHOO. Gas is off the wall so I better ride besides that leaves me some extra$$$ to shop with. LOL Take care all . Love Betty

BACK ON TRACK

Well I am back on track. I have been back to the gym and ating very heathly. I am drink a pro shake in the AM with soy milk, cottage cheese and fruit for lunch, and dinner is tuna and garden sprouts. I have my 2 year check up on the 17th I hope all is good.

 I am 26 years old i am 258lbs, 5 ft 4 inchs I want to lose 125lbs. I have tryed every diet in the world, I could of bought a house with the money I have spent. I am tired of being fat. My 2 boys always say mommy you can do this so you won't be fat any more. I want to feel good about myself and my boys to be proud of their mother.I got denied my first letter the insurance co. wanted more information, this was very had for me. A new letter will be sent to the insurance co after the 2nd of nov.Please pray for me that I will get approval. though that I would up date I had surgery on nov. 18 2004. I have lost 42lbs and can't wait to loose more. Thanks for all your support.
