So we did a 5 day cruise to mexico.  I think it a was good time.  This cruise was more for my kids.  It really made me think how much I love food.  A bit scary to realize that the next cruise I go on will be so much different and not revolved around food.  A few things I look forward to is being able to shop off the racks.  Being able to do other excursions where weight and size is not a factor.  We were able to parasail and swim with the dolphins in Cabo.  I was shocked they had a wetsuit that fit.  Next trip my youngest wants to do ziplines and horseback riding.  Plus we drove by Magic Mountain and hopefully next time I can go on the Roller Coasters with my kids.

Next appointment is with Dr. Higa on Thursday.  We have copies of our psych and nutrionist in hand.
