Pre - op weight loss

This has been truly a good day.  Today was my second weigh in with the physician.  The thought of weighing in stresses me out so much.  In my mind I will  never be able to lose the weight even with the changes I have made in my life.  Today when I stepped on the scale I could not believe what I heard.  I had loss 16lbs!!  I am done 25lbs from when I first met with the doctor.  I have six weeks till my next weigh in and I am going to work my but off to make that weighin just as great.  Wish me luck.
