Where do I start?? 
I am a post-op 37 year old from Montreal who had Lap Band surgery in March 2009.  I am currently on a wait list (approx. 18 month wait) to remove the band, and have the Vertical Sleeve with Dr. Yves Garneau.  
I lost 60 lbs with the lap band and recently gained back about 25 lbs.  I have always struggled with feeling the satiety that others claimed to feel.  
I am very excited about this, and feel that I will be better prepared for this surgery since as opposed to the Lap Band.  In the meantime, I will strive to continue excercising and learning good habits while trying to leave the bad ones behind!
