    Friday is your day! Just remember you are on the journey of a lifetime. Try to enjoy every minute. It may sound weird now, but know that you are cared for and prayed for here, and all too soon this will be but a memory and you will be an inspiration to someone else. I had my Lapband surgery Sept 7, 2007. I am doing well, down 16 pounds in a bit less that 4 weeks. I have been overweight  most of my adult life and I am ready to be healthy. I lost 70 pounds on my own before surgery...keeping it off is my problem. I am looking forward to a long and healthy Bandster life.
