Okay, so I started walking yesterday (sigh).  I thought I was going to pass out after 30 minutes...no seriously pass out, I was shaky and my head was killing me.  It probably didn't help that it was 101 degrees and I was thirsty....will it get easier?

I am new to this website.  I am excited meet people who are going through are have gone through the weight loss surgery.  I am almost done with my classes at Kaiser and look forward to being thin for the first time in my life.  :)
