My new surgery date is March 10th...eeeeekkkkkk.  I have so much to do and so little time.  I need suggestions on Vitamins and Protein.  I take Centrum, B-1, B-12, Biotin and Calcium.  Except for my B-12 they are all capsules and I want to find a good chewable ones that don't taste super gross since I wont be eating much. 

I also need to buy protein.  I am thinking of buying the Nature's Best Isopure Zero Carb.  It has 50 grams of protein per a serving and good reviews. Any other suggestions about protein, vitamins, pre op, preventing hair loss, life, anything?  :)

Went to Vegas over the weekend.  Had a blast.  If you don't know by now, I like to party.  I am worried about not being able to drink.  How long before you drank?  Are you still not drinking?
