Today I am feeling better. I weighed myself and I am 273..instead of 277. I dont care if its accurate, because its at least giving me the push I need and the motivation to keep going :) Last night I walked around the sub twice, and went to the gym on the treadmill for an hour. I am going to try and go slow then work my way up at the gym not trying to over do it. Tonight I should be going on a three mile walk with my friend steven WISH ME LUCK!!

I am almost a month into having the gastric sleeve. I have lost a total of 24lbs so far but feeling discouraged. I admit, being out of work I havent been active so I hope when I go back to work this sunday, my weight loss picks up. In the past 13 days I have only lost 2lbs. But! I will get through this..everyone loses at their own pace. I walked around with my dog, danced around my room...and going to the gym tonight. Not to mention I joined this site in hopes that itll help keep me motivated.
