i haven't had no surgery yet..just waiting ..i have to see my Primary md for 6 months once a month i just finished my 2nd dr. appt with him ..wish i knew whats going to happen after im done seeing my primary dr. i know that all ins. companys r so different..i will touch bases later ..Have a Wonderful Labor Day Weekend

My Story

Hi ..well my surgery was denied on Sept 15th 2011...it said LACK OF MEDICAL NECESSITY...A parently cause i wasnt on a 2 yrs diet before i started this ....didnt know i wanted to do this 2 yrs ago....so i went to the surgeron office and talked to the Insurance staff , and they told me that this happens all the time...my medical group  ST. JOSEPH HOSPITAL AFFILIATED PHYSICIANS .I GAVE THEM MY PERMISSION TO MY SURGEON OFFICE GET 2 YRS OF MY MEDICAL RECORDS FROM MY PRIMARY DR.   AND THEY WERE FAXED TO THEM ... AND ON SEPT.19th  MY HEALTH INSURANCE RECEIVED MY APPEAL ON MY DENIAL FOR MY SURGERY...IT TAKES ABOUT 30 TO 45 DAYS TO HEAR BACK FROM THEM ..NOW I JUST WAIT AND SEE WHAT HAPPENS NEXT.
