sad week!!

hello,this has been one of the saddest weeks of my life,three of my friends,and old coworkers three really nice men ,drowned at butte creek there boat capsized,one guys son that was 13 was able to get out but the guys clothes were to heavy they couldn,t climb out,so they drowned on the edge of the bank,i really cared about these guys!! so all i have done is cried,my son worked with them also!!i have eaten everthing in site,that what i do i eat,to feel good,bad ,happy,food has always helped me!!!so sunday is all threes funerals.life is just so hard sometimes.i finished my letter to my heart dr it is going out today to request him to clear me for surgery well wish me luck!!!everyone take care!!!!!!!! Deanna
