It's been 8 weeks since my surgery and I've lost a total of 42Ibs, that's all good, but I'm still having issues knowing if I took in enough protein. I really want to get on top of the protein. My hair hasn't fallen out thank God, but I don't think I'm doing something wrong. I don't know any suggestions? Please help me out.

My two week check up is coming up tomorrow. I'm thinking about the results for the most part I've been keeping my liquid intake up, but protein not really getting in as much as I should. I'm hoping I can go on the puree food diet tomrorow. Does anyone have any recipes they would like to share? 

I'm excited about this life change, but I'm having trouble with the change right now.
I don't have the energy needed to get around and I can not get this protein down. If anyone can tell me what kind of protein they were able to keep for the first 2 weeks. please let me know.
