Six months post op

As of yesterday, I have lost 105 pounds.  i am thankful for all of the support I have found. My life has completely changed.

Down 51 pounds

I am about 9 weeks post op. I have lost 51 pounds since surgery on July 6, 2009.

I am still having problems vomiting. I was told by one of the ladies at my job that I should not be able to.. Well she was wrong. I can eat the same thing three time a week and one of those times for no know reason. It comes back.  Its cooked the same way. I make sure I eat slowly and that I chew completely. 

I still feel better then I did four months ago. I have much more energy. I am happy with my decision to have surgery.  I look forward to the rest of my life.  I know that in May I will have no problem walking across that stage to get my degree.. Long over due.

I will try real hard to update this more often. I appreciate all of the support I have gotten here at OH

My Story

I began looking into WLS several years ago.  Due to a knee injury earlier this year the decision was made for me.  I am now three and a half week post surgery and I having problems getting my protein to stay down.  I look forward to any support I can get at OH
