I RECEIVED MY APPROVAL LETTER FROM THE INSURANCE COMPANY TODAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!   I'M DOING THE WASHING MACHINE DANCE!!!!!!!! LOL


I was wrong about the doctors office just trying to get me off the phone.   Apparently they had mailed it and it just had not gotten there yet. :)   :)

I will be calling the doctors office 1st thing in the morning to see if they will give me a date!!!!

Still Waiting

Finally got the girl at the doctors office on the phone yesterday and she said she mailed my package on 1/16/08.  I was very nice and told her that I just don't understand what has happened because I talked to them today and they still don't have it.  (I mean, come on, I know the mail is slow but to where she is mailing it, it should have gotten there over night in regular mail).   I feel like they are telling me anything to get me off the phone :(    


Meantime... tonight I can't sleep because I slept most of the day away and then went to my mothers to eat fried fish.  It was wonderful!  She had baked beans, grits, slaw, mullet and hush puppies and to top it off she had homemade lemon pie (from the lemons off of her trees) and home made coconut pie with homemade crust, of course!  

They could take my stomach out and I would gain weight living next door to her!   LOL   :)

I finished doing everything I needed to do for the lap band surgery on December 22, 2007.  I called the insurance company today and still they do not have anything from the doctors office requesting approval of lapband surgery.  I could just scream.  I have called the doctors office three times in the last three weeks and the girl that sends the information to the insurance company has yet to call me back.  I am calling today and all I get is a busy signal. UGH!
