My Story

I woke up the other day and really wanted to go riding. I couldn't go because I can't get on my horse. I can't show my dog 'cause I can't run. I can't hike because I'm too heavy. But I can do something about all that.!  I'm 58 years old, soon to a Granma and a compulsive/comfort eater.  I've battled weight for over 30 years and am just DONE with it. I contacted Lori at St. Luke's and am seeing Dr Valentine on Jan 3. I want to be the one to take my grandbaby for her first horseback ride. I want to show my dog again and I love to hike soooooooooooooo here we are.
I'm really considering the sleeve as I'm not really comfortable with the foreign band in my body. But it will all depend on what the Doc says. Thanks for reading this.
