Still Very New to this.

Well it's been 4 months and I'm doing good.  I still haven't conquered the exercises thing! lol.  But I have been walking more.  I've lost almost 60 pounds.  I went from a size 26W to a 16W.  But, would you believe I still can't see the weight loss.  All of my friends see it, I know I've lost it, but my brain still sees the same Fat girl in the mirror.  I don't fret over it.  I just take it one day at a time.

My biggest battle is getting all my protein in and trying to prevent my hair from falling out.  I will say the hair thing has been very hard.  But I know over time it will stop falling out and grow back.   I have no regrets.  The DS is working!
