Hello everyone I hope all is well I'm 13 months post op and has been at a plateau for 3 weeks now stuck at 194.5 I am so thankful with the weightloss so far but I must reach my goal sooner than later does anyone know any plateau busters that really work I havent been at my best eating or exercise wise but its time to get things back on track so pleeeaaassseee help me guys I'd really appreciate it.

Well everyone I've made it its 1 year today and I must say I feel and look good I've lost -60lbs and I have 27lbs to go it has not been a very easy task and I'm still working at it but I made it and is very HAPPY start weight 256lbs bandiversary weight 196lbs go me lol!! and guess what guys my hubby just bought me a size medium whole sweatsuit from Victorias Secret and it looks so cute on me pictures coming soon!!!

So I had a fill yesterday which was 7/21/10 and knowing Im not supposed to have nothing but liquids or puree foods I decide to sneak a bite of a chicken patty now why did I do that I ask myself well I do know from now on I will follow the rules and directions of the Dr. So it got stuck I attempted to drink a little bit of water and it still didnt move I was in so much pain I could cry I felt like someone was sitting on my chest and wouldnt get off so what do you guys do when and if this happens to you? I had to make myself throw up a little bit to get some relief so now I have 5.5 cc's in my band but Im wondering if its to tight they did the barium test while I was still there it the barium went down well but now I feel everything going down including water is that considered to tight guys? I thought it was to tight when nothing went down or everything got stuck help me out you'll I'm new to this stuck thing here but never again will I not follow directions smh help me out guys answer my 2 questions for me please..........

Hello everyone I hope all is well with everyone havent been on OH in a while I've been extremely busy but not to busy to maintain my weightloss and I've done a hell of a job. I've been recieving compliments daily from different ppl and it feels so damn good I'm down 47lbs and i'm finally seeing it for myself as I tell my sister Chrissy girl damn we look good me personally I would have rather lost more weight but Lord only knows how happy and satisfied I am with what I've lost so far I will be posting some pictures soon as I get the chance love you guys I just wanted to give you guys a update muahhhhhhhhh!!!!!

Hey everyone just stopping by to say hello I've been feeling a little discouraged lately because the weightloss is so slow its like is it ever going to come off I have faith in God and only he knows what my future upholds so I leave all of my problems and frustrations to him dont get me wrong Im very very happy with my weightloss so far but i just feel like I've should have lost more by now but again Im thankful just a little frustrated I guess if I could exercise like I'm suppose to i would see better results ha I know thats exactly what it is I must find the time and strengh to get my behind in the gym and work it out just needed to vent a little thats all guys ..........
