Surgeon Testimonial Carl Lowe, Jr, M.D. My first impression of Dr.Lowe that he was very warm and friendly, very easy to talk too. Over time it grew he is very understanding and caring. Welll some of his office staff is very helpful, there are a few but I will continue. I finally met him two weeks prior to surgery. Dr.Lowe is an excellent choice very knowledgeable. Aftercare is VERY important, he emphasises that very well. There is a structured aftercare program. All risks were laid out nothing was hidden. Overall I would rate im a 10.
