    Monday is your day! Just remember you are on the journey of a lifetime. Try to enjoy every minute. It may sound weird now, but know that you are cared for and prayed for here, and all too soon this will be but a memory and you will be an inspiration to someone else. Started liquid diet on July 19, 2007 and lost 35 pounds before I had my RNY on August 6, 2007. Dr Albert Spaw was my surgeon. My highest weight before the surgery was 408 pounds. Wow it seems like the weight fell off after the surgery and I'm not hungry!
