I am a 42 yr old mother of 2, who has been heavy her whole life.  I am having problems with my knees and hips.   I Iost 90 lbs over 3 years, and have been stuck between 340 and 360 for almost 2 years.  

I now have a new lease on life, and am living life to the fullest.
