I can't believe it! No calling Ruth to see if she sent in paperwork--no calling insurance to see if they received it! This was the easiet part! I just called her yesterday to see if it got sent in and if I needed to call BC/BS and she returned my call this morning with APPROVAL!    I just hope it's not 2 months before I can get a date!
