Well, I just finished my first work out with weights, I am going to try doing them at home, I did upper body today, tomorrow will do core, and then the next day, lower body. I hope I can keep it up, it really got my heartrate up and did a little sweating, it only took 20 minutes.
Is this a wow moment?? Kinda, to me, haha, I was walking around a plant sale this morning, wearing my capri stretch jeans, and they wouldn't stay up!  I spent the whole time trying to hold them up! I just wore them last week and I didn't have that problem! It was really funny to me! When I got home and looked in the mirror, I couldn't believe how huge the old navy t-shirt I had on looked!  I wouldn't have gone out in public if I had looked at myself turned sideways in the mirror before I left!  Man, that makes me feel great!  They are a size 22, huummmmm, I don't think I have any smaller pants......does that mean I should go shopping? Sounds like fun!
