Stephen Gooden, M.D.
I met with Dr. Stephen Gooden in 2004 the first time, then again in 2006. He is one of the most wonderful, caring Drs a person could ask for. First of all he is upfront and to the point about everything concerning your surgery. He tells you this is "NOT" a quick fix, it's just a tool that he is helping you to get, ultimately you have to use the tool to make it work. He truly cares about each individual he meets. He's not and "in" and "out" Dr. he sits there and answers all you questions until you are satisfied. He cares what you have to say. I would recommend him to anyone, at anytime. If you want the best then get Dr. Stephen Gooden....Augusta, Georgia~!!!!!

    Dotty I am happy to hear your surgery went well and you sound like you are doing great post op. Write me and give me some pointers on the liquid diet and some receipes for protein shakes my surgery is for the 29th of March getting a little nervous but ready. Getting back on track

I go see my Surgeon on February 26, 2007. I don't know exactly when he is going to do my hernia repair, I just hope it's soon. I want to get it overwith. Along with the hernia repair they are going to remove the pannus. I won't know how to act without all that skin hanging around....lol...NOT, I won't miss it at all. My problem is I have been at a stall for months. I'm not being as strict as I should be or exercising enough but I am getting back on track. I did not come this far to mess up now. I've been given this tool and I'm gonna use it. Thank goodness I haven't gained, just only losing inches tho, I need to lose pounds too.
