Just left the gym and my work out with my personal trainer.  I am loving the amount of Iron I am lifting in the gym.  My muscles are sore but I love all the cuts that I am getting in my muscles.  I am on my way to getting  Angela Basset arms.  I am weighing 165.  My muscles are weigh more.  I do have some fat but I will get it off before my cruise.  Doing more cardio to burn the fat.  3 years out past wls.

Well since the last post I have been to Atlanta Ga and back.  Up two pounds at 162 but that is okay.  I did exercise will on vacation.  I actually got dressed and went to the gym  and worked out while we stayed at the Embassy Suites hotel.  My Dad and I walked.  So my weight could have been a lot worst.  We were in Atlanta to see my Grandmother who turned 95 on May 3.  She has been afflicted with the results of a stroke for 12 years.  She is still in good spirits and she still remembers us and how old she is and when her birthaday is.  I have longevity in my family.  I am taking care of myself now so I will not be wheelchair bound when I am 95 Lord willing.

Today is May 7, 2008  I am down 2 more pounds 160!!!  I am on my way to Atlanta.  My profile picture has me at 157 back in 2006.  On my way back down.  I was in the gym and had bad leg cramps I could not finish my work out.  Kara my trainer gave me some potassim tablets.  I was dehydrated I had cut the grass before I went to work out.  Have I become a  Pyscho Fitness chick?!  Nah I don't think so.  I just like to work out. I would say Sisters In Iron.  I want to weigh 145 before I am 45 July 18,2008

Hello I am weighing 162 pounds today.  I am back down.  This has been a scarry time dfor me.  I never thought that I would be gaining weight like this.  At Christmas time I was weighing 155.  But I am putting on a lot of muscle since I have been working out with Kara.  I have more muscle but I have fat over that muscle.  Turning up the cardio.  I have been doing a lot of stress eating.  Got that back under control.  The Lord is faithful.  Thank You Jesus!!!!

I am weighing a 165 pounds I am over 3 years out and I have not been diligent on what I have been eating and exercising like I should but today is a new day and God's mercies a brand  new every day.  I started out with weighing my food and plan what I am eating for the day.  I have been as low as 147 pounds and kept it off.

I started out with blueberries almonds and cereal for breakfast.  I am starting back with the clean eating and spoke with my dietitian as to how many calories 1200 -1400  that I should be eating becasue of all of the weight training.  Have to do more cardio to burn even more calories.  Less calories in burn more calories.   I have to make sure I get that protein in first veggies fruits. Water vitamins.  Here's to another chance.  Making my mind up to not to be defeated 10 extra pound gain is as far as I am going.  Fighting to shed this weight off and keep it off.

 So I am excited about that I would like to be 145 pounds by my 45th birthday which is July 18th.  I will be in Aruba!!!!!!  Yeah!!!!  Thank you Jesus!!!!
