Non-scale victory today: I was able to BEND OVER and TIE MY SHOES without losing my breath!

Since my last check I am down *drumroll please* THIRTEEN AND A HALF POUNDS!!! Of course, most of that is stress leading to NOT eating, because G-d knows a pound a day is way too fast... By the way, that's a total of 94.1 lbs in 23 weeks.
