Surgeon Testimonial Noel Williams, M.D. I went through the entire process and was approved for surgery and offered a surgery date and five minutes before the surgery is to get started Dr. Williams comes out and looks at my stomach again and says I cannot do your surgery. You need a gastric bypass and I do not have permission from the insurance company and sent me home. I have since learned from many other reliable sources in the Bariatric Community and the general medical community that he has a tendency to do this every once in awhile the patient will go through the whole process and be offered a surgery date and at the last minute he backs and claims he cannot do the surgery.
