1 Month Post-Op
Well, I've finally made it to the 1st month of post op life. I am doing really well. I started this journey at 220 lbs. I can now say I will NEVER be in the 2's again. I am down 22 lbs. I have had a few difficulties adjusting to what foods to eat, it's a learning process. I have no regrets. I will say the 1st month is the hardest while you are figuring things out.
