Describe your behavioral and emotional battle with weight control before learning about bariatric surgery.
Probably the same as most obese people. I have dieted most of my life, and had been successful at times, but the weight always returned within a year.

First stall

Okay,
I know every one says not to weigh yourself everyday, but come'on...I can't help myself. I don't seem to be loosing as much weight as my other OH friends and for the last couple days the scale is not moving. It's been cold and rainy, so I have to admit, my exercises routine...if that's what you want to call it, has also stalled.
Had my surgery March 17, and have lost a total of 27 pounds. I'm at 206, and I was trying to get to under 200 by next week. Looks like that's not going to happen. Doesn't this seem like a small loss?
No cheating...promise!
I'll be back in the gym in the morning.
