HI, MY NAME IS EDNA. IM 49 AND ON MY WAY TO A NEW ME... .. I started at 341, and want to be a thin 140. WHAT A JOURNEY IT'S GOING TO BE, BUT I HAVE THE RIGHT TOOLS, AND FAITH AND THATS THE FIRST STEP.

SO its been one year since surgery, and i I wish I was under 200, but NO!!! But I am 205, not bad, but I still have a way to go...
So I hate that I have been snaking, I really need to stop! I dont think I lost anything for about 6 weeks. But I dident exercise and I dident eat right.. SO WHAT DO I EXPECT?
Its up to me I know...
So any way Im working to part time jobs, thats a good thing, Im alittle tired, but its all good.. Ive started drinking liquid life, a vitamin drink, I found at Sams Club, its been almost a week, I think its working...
So my goal is to get back on track.. I hope everyone is doing well, God bless everyone.

so its been a few months since I loged my wonderful secsess, so here I am...
Im going to be ( 50 ) years old, I made it and filling wonderful... My knee is getting stronger everyday, Im working some, still going to Curves about 2-3 times a weeek, but I am walking my dogs about 30 mins a day.
It's going to be 9mo. on the 20th since my surgery and I have lost a total of 119 lbs.. Im at 222.5 as of this morning... I still have a way to go but it really fills like I can do it, thanks to the tool I now have... I need to take some new pictures soon......

So today is 6mo, I weighed in at CURVES and got my measurments, I'm 249 lbs, and down 53.75 inches, thats up from what the Drs scale said but they weigh without shoes.. I weigh in on the curves scale all the time so I go by that weight.. So I'm down a Total of 92 Lbs...
Now I want to be under 200, there is a light at the end on the tunnal, I can see it, its there, just have to reach for it, because I have the tools and will to get there...

6 Month check-up on February 14, 2008 4:36 pm
So today 2-14-08 was my 6mo check-up, even though the 20th is my anniversy date... I have to go all the way to Phoenix, it's 460 miles round trip, WOW I really wish I dident have to go that far... I wont have to go for anothe 6 mo now...
So my weight was 247.5 on there scale..
August 10 I was 341.. befor the liquid diet..
August 20 day of surgery 331.51 - 10 lb
September 4th First appointment 312.51 -19 lb
October 4th Second appointment 297.01 -15 lb
Feb. 14th 2008 6mo appointment 247.51 -50 lb
TOTAL 94 LB 84 SINCE SURGERY
I was happy the Dr wasent upset that I hadent lost more. He said I was doing good, blood work was ok except for Iron, so I need to see my Dr, and get it though an IV, at the hospital, not though pills because it wont absorbe well enought that way.
He also said that once my knee is better and I can get back to working out everyday, the weight should come off faster... We'll see, I sure hope so..
So for now I guess I'm on the way to being the BIGGEST LOSSER I CAN BE!!!!!!!! LOL

 So it's right over 5 months and I'm now today 254 lb's..... My highest weight 341... WOW I'm so HAPPY...
I have had some problems with food, meat is still not my best friend...
I had my knee replaced on 12-15-07, and it has been one bumpy road, but I fill I'm doing alot better it's just taking time...
I go for my 6 month appt. 2-6-08.. Not looking foward to seing the surgeon, because I dont think he's going to think I lost enough.... but I"M HAPPY AND STILL LOSING, SLOW BUT STILL LOSING..
I never did lose fast so it's no surprise...
