Surgeon Testimonial

Donald Waldrep, M.D.
Dr. Waldrep and his staff are extemely professional and well-organized for the most part. Dr. Waldrep is very relaxed and easy to talk to. He has a bit of a dry sense of humor, which I love, and is also a bit silly as well. But, always professional. His PA, Mike, is also quite personable and easy to talk to. And again, silly and has an easy sense of humor. I think that a sense of humor is essential when in a doctor/patient relationship, as it takes the formalness out of the situation and makes it easier to feel free to talk openly with those providing care to you. rnThe before and aftercare programs are first rate and ultra important in their practice. Dr. Waldrep's office has a great relationship with Sutter Roseville Hospital and they definately work hand-in-hand to ensure the best possible results for their patients. Dr. Waldrep and his office staff are quite open with regard to discussing risks and requirements of weight loss surgery. rnDr. Waldrep is a fabulous surgeon with an impecable record of successes, and an amazingly low rate of complications. His bedside manner is easy going and comfortable. I don't have a single complaint about the care that he or his staff have provided for me.

Don't mind me...
I'm just rambling...

Okay, just one more :x
on December 8, 2008 10:03 pm
This is hubby's list of gifts...never mind that he already has two of the three. Not much left for under the tree.

#1. Keurig D66...love.this.thing. I don't usually even like coffee, and even I love it!
Tungsten Carbide Men's Wedding-style Band
#2. Tungsten wedding ring. He is brutal on the gold band, so this thing should be indestructible. This is supposed to be from the kids.

Pro-Griddle

#3. Lodge™ reversible cast iron griddle/grill. It's a manly gift...but do you think he's actually going to cook? Me either.

Oh yeah...one more thing...

Nikon D60 Digital SLR Two-Lens VR Outfit (18-55 VR/55-200MM F4-5.6G VR) -Exclusive Black Gold Special Edition -Includes FREE Gadget Bag and DVDs $100 Value! This is what Santa baby
brought me this year, a little early I might add, but who's complaining?
The Nikon D60 Black Gold Edition...it came with two lenses (18-55-VR, 55-200-VR), a really cool gadget bag, and two DVDs to teach morons like me how to use the thing. I need to buy a bigger memory card...a 256 isn't going to cut it.
Anyway, the whole thing is intimidating to say the least...but I'm catching on quickly. So, as soon as I load the software you'll know it...there will probably be oodles of photos showing up right here.

No San Ramon for me :o(
on December 8, 2008 9:46 pm
I had planned to attend the OH San Ramon event, but it was brought to my attention that my dh's company bi-annual Christmas party was that same night. We would need to be in Sac by 4pm to help set up. MM and Michelle would be in the middle of their presentation at this time...us having left long before they ever hit the stage. So, my reason for going would have been for naught...again. Maybe next time....
