My name is Elaine,

I'm 46yrs old and from Indiana I have been married 25 yrs Sept 26 of this year. I have one daughter that's 24 with 3 kids Koty the oldest 8 Jayman 4 and Lexi 3. She got married May 26 to Robert that has 2 girls ages 3 and 4. So they had 4 in diapers at 1 time. Now about me I have been over weight since I was 20 and have been on almost every diet  and gained more back then I lost. I'm 5'4 and weight 240 biggest that I  have ever been. This is from yo yo dieting so long, so I have been thinking about having gastric bypass surgery looks like the only way I could have a normal life. I have high bloodpressure, high cholesterol and depression and Arthritis in my back so I can't do very much of anything with my grandkids.  Thats is one of the main reason I want to lose this weight. I'm hoping with some of the weight off it will help my back some. I have surgery 1 time a year to burn the nerves in my back.  It helps some but I still have alot of pain. I sent all my papers off to Ins but, now I have to start a 6 month diet for Insu like i haven't been on enough diets already and can't get in to him till May 26 so I'll keep you posted.
