This seems to be a HUGE hit on the Alabama board, and I kept getting requests for the recipe so I decided to post it here for future reference for everyone.


Sugar Free Peach Cobbler

1 cup skim milk
1 cup splenda
1 stick butter
1 cup Self-rising flour


Mix ingredients and pour into a round casserole dish sprayed with cooking spray.  You can mix this right in the dish.  Pour 2 cans of splenda sweetened peaches over the batter mixture.  The batter will rise up over the peaches.  Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour.

It's delicious.  I was able to eat this myself along with everyone else, although I added vanilla ice cream to the others over the warm cobbler.  No one can believe this is sugar free.
