I called today, and i have an appointment on the 5th. 

Today, Feb 23rd, i went to meet my surgeon for the first time. I like her, she is very down to earth, and a "real" person.  I took both my parents, and my husband; i made them sit through the presentation on the various surgeries, and based on that information, they agree the DS is the one i should have. I had already decided, but it was nice to hear them agree. 
  In the morning, i have to call for my psych eval.  I'll let ya know when my appointment is.

Today, Feburary 18th i started Chantix to help me stop smoking. I am doing this not so much because i want to stop smoking, but rather because in my surgeons packet that came in the mail, it said they require patients to stop smoking 2 months before surgery. My very first consult with the surgeon is on Thursay, the 23.
