Not much to say, things are going ok, I am now 199 pounds
29 pounds to go to reach my goal (170) thank you Jesus.
the only thing I am not happy with is my energy I tuck out fast, its like something pushing me to lay down and sleep.
other than this all is well.

I have to buy a new scanner I will put all the pictures up soon
Sept 14 made 7 months I can't believe in such a short time I can see my feet lol, to you all may God forever bless you keep you, never give up no matter what reaching your goal is right around the corner.

well praise God my family I pray that this new note findsyou all well in body,mind and soul. well I have been losing weight I am now at 216.0 thats after waking up and using the bathroom first. my problem is for five days I have not been able to pass stools. my stomach is some what swollen and hard.
you name it I tried it. nothing is working I can do nothing but trust God that this is not a sign that something else is wrong.
I must trust and have faith. you know I do not walk, I do not go to the gym any more but I do go up and down stairs at home waqshing clothes cleaning house, and my bedroom is up stairs so I say this is were I get mine in at. and I am still losing weight. isin't that something. well not much to say I am still here not going any where. to my angel Lynda I will be calling you soon. and to KIKI2007 thank you for your encouragement. I needed that you just don't know thank you my little sister.

Well hello my Wonderful OH family!! there is not much to say than taking it one day at a time, still learning new things about my new tool. yes, yes I can now see the real weight lose. oh my God I can see this beautiful person that was hiding for so many years. let me make it clear I am taking no credit I give it all to God, I as a OVERWEIGHT WOMAN now see this slendering woman coming forth is blowing my mind. from a 30/32 to 26/28 to 24/22 a 20 now even the 18 is too baggy on me. but there is one thing I KNOW for sure no matter what I can't let go of Gods word, I must hold even stronger to it chew it like never before. I have met some women that has had this weight surgery some reached their goal some still fighting but what I have noticed is they have changed. as if they are now the GRAND S....h...T you know what I am saying. yes change your mental thinking as far as eating, bad habits. but don't change your spirit that is your personality don't for get GOD the one who GAVE US THE DEVINE FAVOR FOR, WITH AND THROUGH THIS SURGERY.
keep encouraging yourself you beautiful butterflies. always remember someone believes in you. we are not perfect but in the spirit of GOD. we are not always going to have the answers to everything, even make mistakes, but that is why we are here on OH we got each other to help one another carry the load, cry with, Laugh with and shout a praise in God for each other.this race is not given to the swift nor to the strong, but to those who endure to the END.
